If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return part or all of your order for a refund or exchange. You have thirty one days from the time you recieved your items to return them to recieve your refund or exchange. Items must be in the same condition they were when you recieved them. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you wish to exchange your items, you will not be charged for shipping and handling on the items you are recieving in the exchange.
